All Sales Are Final

All of our items are crafted with care and attention to detail. For this reason, purchases are final, and we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges. Please make sure your selections are correct before placing your order — we’re glad to help with sizing or product details in advance!

Choosing Your Size

We know how important fit is! Please double-check your size and selections before completing your order.
 For bangles, we do not offer resizing, so be sure to select the correct size before checkout. If you need help determining your size, feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to assist before you place your order.

Product, Packaging & Delivery

We take great pride in the quality of our products and make sure every item is carefully inspected and packaged with care before shipping. Once your package has been handed to the postal carrier, it is no longer under our control. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the postal service.

If something arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact your postal provider to file a claim. However, if your order arrives with a quality issue or an error on our part, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos and details — we’ll do our best to make it right!

Pop-Up Events

Mahalo for shopping with us! It is a pleasure to serve you in-person. Please note that all sales made during pop-up events are final, as you’re able to view and select your desired jewels in person before purchasing. We encourage you to take your time and choose the pieces that speak to you!

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Because custom pieces are specially created just for you, they are non-returnable. Thank you so much for understanding!
